1. Full water test

Carry out a full water test before use to confirm that there is no leakage in each continuous part or barrel. After the full water test, please completely remove the water in the tank and dry it

Avoid some chemical liquids (sulfuric acid, etc.), which will cause chemical reactions with residual liquids, resulting in major dangerous accidents such as deformation or dissolution of the tank.

2. Recommended temperature

Within 40 degrees Celsius of the PE single tank, and within 60 degrees Celsius of the PE tank with the reinforced reinforcement sleeve.

The recommended maximum operating temperature is based on water.

3. Ventilation holes

The function of the vent hole is to adjust the air pressure in the barrel below the normal atmospheric pressure. When the barrel tank is pressurized under airtightness, the barrel body will expand; the air in the tank will be decompressed, which will cause the top of the barrel to collapse and the barrel body to deform.

When using, please pay attention to the barrel tank within the above pressure value range.

4. Conveying and filling

The vent holes must be kept clear. If the gas generated by the solution (such as hydrochloric acid, etc.) in the tank is to be avoided from affecting the environment, it is recommended to add vent air treatment equipment.

When the solution in the barrel gradually decreases due to the conveyed liquid, the conveying pipe will vibrate due to the mixing of air; at this time, the valve should be closed and the pumping motor should be stopped. After recovery, a small amount of valve should be opened to allow the residual liquid to be conveyed. If the pumping motor continues to run idly, it is easy to cause severe deformation of the bucket and damage to the top of the bucket.

5. No smoking

The barrel is made of polyethylene (PE). It is strictly forbidden to be close to the fire source. When welding the reinforcement sleeve, please stay away from the barrel to avoid burning.

6. Normal inspection

The tank body, piping and accessory parts should be inspected regularly. If you find any abnormality, please stop using it, and immediately remove the abnormality and use it after returning to normal to ensure safety.
